Brand Ambassador Agreement

This Agreement is made between 9jaTapes (the "Company") and the individual or entity completing and submitting this form (the "Brand Ambassador").

By checking the box below and submitting this agreement, the Brand Ambassador agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Compensation

• The Brand Ambassador will receive 20% of the revenue generated through sales made using their unique promo code (coupon).
• The Brand Ambassador understands and agrees that their promo code provides subscribers with a 10% discount on the product or service.
• The total percentage payable to the Brand Ambassador is 20% out of 90% of the full price, as 10% is allocated to the customer discount.

2. Promo Code Usage

• The Brand Ambassador will be provided with a unique promo code to share with their audience.
• The Brand Ambassador agrees to promote the 9jaTapes brand and encourage the use of their promo code by subscribers.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments to the Brand Ambassador will be made based on actual sales made using their promo code.
• Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, with the amount calculated from the total sales generated through the use of the promo code within the relevant period.
• The Brand Ambassador will be required to provide payment details to facilitate the transfer of earnings.

4. Brand Representation

• The Brand Ambassador agrees to positively promote 9jaTapes and align with the brand’s values and mission.
• The Brand Ambassador must refrain from making any statements or performing any actions that could harm the reputation of 9jaTapes.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
• In the event of termination, the Brand Ambassador will be paid for any outstanding earnings from sales generated up until the date of termination.

6. Agreement to Terms

• By checking the box below and submitting this agreement form, the Brand Ambassador agrees to be bound by the terms set forth in this agreement.
